​I’m a 17-year-old with a deep passion for real estate and financial literacy. I shadowed my dad through the full acquisition of a $3.4M commercial property — from financing and lease negotiations to ROI planning and strategy.

Through this platform, I’m not claiming to be a guru. I’m here to share what I’m learning in real-time — from market research and spreadsheets to mistakes and small wins. If you’re curious, driven, and want to build wealth early, you’re in the right place.

I launched Teen Real Estate Coach because I couldn’t find a single place where teens like me could get real, practical investing guidance — especially from someone who isn’t 35 and already owns 10 properties.

Whether it’s understanding FHA loans or analyzing a duplex, I wanted to create a space to learn out loud, ask smart questions, and make real estate accessible — before college debt kicks in.
